AI तोता is an artificial-intelligence companion. The "तोता" character is an AI persona, not a real human, and all of its messages and voice responses are generated by automated systems. By using the Application you acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
• The pages or screens of the Application you visit, and the time, date, and duration of your visits
• The total duration of your use of the Application
• Your mobile device's operating system and device model

For a better experience, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name and email address. This information is retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with essential information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

Voice and Audio Data

AI तोता is a voice-enabled companion. When you choose to speak to the Application:

• Audio capture: Your microphone audio is captured only while you are actively using the voice feature, in order to understand what you say and generate a response.
• Processing: Your voice audio and its transcription may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers (for example, Google) solely to power the conversation. The Application does not use your voice to identify you biometrically.
• Control: Voice features are optional. You may use the Application in text-only mode, and you can revoke microphone permission at any time through your device settings.

Conversation Data and AI Memory

To make the तोता feel like a familiar companion, the Application may store and process the content of your conversations:

• Chat and transcripts: Your messages and the transcripts of your voice conversations may be stored to provide the service and improve responses.
• Memory: The Application may retain short summaries and key details from past conversations ("memory") so that the तोता can recall context and offer a more personalized experience over time.
• Your choices: You may request deletion of your conversation history and memory at any time (see Data Retention). Deleting this data may reset the तोता's memory of you.

Please avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial account numbers, or government identifiers) with the AI.

Location Information

The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device. However, it may collect approximate location data to enable the following:

• Personalized content: Approximate location may be used to provide relevant content and recommendations.
• Analytics and improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps analyze usage, identify trends, and improve performance.
• Third-party services: Anonymized location data may occasionally be shared with external services to enhance the Application.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application, except where specific data (such as conversation or voice input) must be processed to deliver core features. These third-party services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. They include:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Google Gemini / Google Cloud AI (for AI conversation, speech understanding, and voice generation)
• Meta / Facebook (advertising and attribution)
• Amplitude (product analytics)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

• As required by law (for example, to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process)
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights or safety, or to investigate fraud
• To trusted service providers who act on the Service Provider's behalf and are bound by the privacy terms outlined here

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data, conversation history, and memory for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact the Service Provider at support@crafto.app. A reasonable effort will be made to process your request promptly.

Children

The Application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If it becomes aware that such information has been collected, the data will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact the Service Provider at support@crafto.app.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
